Payment Policy
- To secure your stay, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required
- The balance of the booking amount must be paid in full one calendar month before arrival
- In the event of a booking made within one month before arrival, the entire amount must be paid in full to secure your booking
- In the case of a late or incomplete payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling less than 30 days before arrival, you forfeit 100% of your booking
- If cancelling more than 30 days before arrival, you forfeit 50% of your booking
- Bookings made over peak periods (long weekends and holidays) are non-refundable.
